This book covers everything you need before you step foot into the gym so you are prepared before you even get there. You'll also find a 12-week weight training plan split up into 3 phases that get increasingly advanced as the weeks progress.
It will also include a 1-day sample meal plan and 6-weeks of group support in a private Facebook group. This group will begin on March 7th and run through April 15th.
